    took me about a year to get use to black coffee.. It's the only way I can drink it new

    a yes i have to say..but not too much..i recently suffered from a terrible stomach pain..and the doc told me its caused by too much caffeine..

    hey d.. i was meaning to ask you hows the NRG thing going..? i bought a bottle took 2 this morning didnt feel anything.. it might be that i have a extreamly high tolaranec to caffine..?

    You could have coffee reg/milk doesnt make a difference. A little milk is not going to hurt at all.

    try it.. i drinl a regular coffee form starbucks (the only thing here) and **** it has me wierd for like 3-4 hours..

    Screw milk, use real cream, it has FAR LESS carbs and is better tasting anyhow.

    Swolecat.....Nice looking pic bro, arms are lookin' huge..........Anyways, Id say coffee is alright when cutting just dont go and get the ones with all that extra sugary **** in it and all those extra 'bad' calories, regular coffee is alright though.
