ok so i have a quick question a 'buddy' of mine was doing and inj tonight and when he went into his delt about half an inch or so his muscle started to twitch... so he pulled out rewiped the area and moved it a little.... now does this twitching mean he was getting close to a nerve or something??? he's just wondering for future reference... also it was bleeding a lot but stopped pretty quickly...

Yeah me most likely hit a nerve or passed through one. Its no big deal its happens to me all the time and the bleeding probablyy came from him passing through a vein...also not a big deal.

yeah when he felt it start to twitch he pulled out thinking he was approaching a nerve and didn;t want to experince that....

Hmm, there are almost no nerves in your delts just allot of veins . I think i never heard someone hit a nerve in his delt .

Mine has done that before, I dont know what causes it. But i have never had any side effects or anything from it. ya know, it never botherd me.

i think the only thing you'll get when passing through a vein is a big bruise

Happens to me from time to time injecting bi's.
I just keep going deeper and inject away, no problems.

I think the worst injects are the delts!! I hate them. IMO they are the most painful. My bi's twitch sometimes, and I have had my left delt twitch a couple of times. To hell with it,go deeper and inject.

not the most painful. try the calves or traps, ouchhh!!
