yes,. i would try give yourself an option of spots, both glutes, both quads, or delts. a good site for injectioning anywhere is

yea i would atleast switch to other side, if not different muscles all together

If you don't rotate your injection sites then you are going to build up some scar tissue and it will begin to hurt more and more for each shot. Definately mix it up!
