ok, I am running that cycle we talked about. how long should I do cardio? what are some great foods I should eat to help me with T3? How should I run this cycle? 7days on 5 days off etc....
and finally, when should I see some results in my body?
mallet T3 cycle
day1-5 200mcg
day6 100mcg
day7 50mcg
5 days off
give or take in dose

. But at that dose my temp is usually 99.4 or so...can't handle that for to long...but 7 days is alot easier than for a month or so...
