a buddy of mine takes water pills every day ....do these things really work? i would think its better to just drink water...what are your guys thoughts on this? can u substitute drinking water by taking these pills?

water pills are used to remove excess water in your system so you look more "ripped".

diuretics work well for me....even the otc stuff..

taraxatone is prolly the best otc there is...cant go wrong, ive used pre-comp instead of diuretics
