    your body doesn't absorb the protein in raw egg whites. if that's the route you want to take make sure they're the pateurized kind that come in the carton.

    PWO i would recommend some form of whey becuz u need fast protein after a work out. egg protein is slower than whey, casein bein the slowest.

    Hawktribal is correct...for the most part unpastuerized eggs are worthless raw...I know I was sad too cant takem when cooked*puke*

    is the reason your asking because you need something liquid and quick? If not...whats wrong with chicken/tuna/beef/anpb?

    pastuerized raw egg = okay

    regular raw egg = not okay

    someone told me that some eggs contain salmonela and u risk getting sick if u have them raw.
    is this true?

    I have always been told that drinking raw eggs (not pasteurized) can give you salmonella.

    PS does anyone know any brandnames for liquid pasteurzied eggwhits that they sell outside of the US. Namely The Netherlands
