what are u running for pct swifto?

I run HCG/Nolva/Proviron as follows:

wk 1-3 HCG 1000ius/ED (Mon/Wed/Fri)
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED
wk 1-5 Proviron 50mg/ED

Use Clomid/Nolva, its a proven PCT and been around for longer than I have.

conteplating taking nolva or arimidex, a good bud tells me to go with arimidex as it will provide leaner gains, less water...
any suggestions or comments on either...

Get your blood tested for estrogen. Then use correct dose.. Don't monkey around. Chances are you got to much estro. When test levels get to high
it is aromatized to estro. This arimidex will stop the conversion by 50 to 80%

I run aromasin 12.5mg eod if i need to it is easier on the lipids.
