Alright Ron, I looked over your threads, you seem to know what you're doing. If you don't mind, can you correct my diet posted above in order to achieve the most fat loss? I'd like to stick around that schedule and food types, but if that's not possible, i'm willing to do what it takes to reach my goals.
Btw, does my diet need correction, or should I just drop the no carb day, and just do 3 days low, 1 day high, 2 days low, 1 day high using the foods I listed above for each day respectively?
