Week 10
I have not gained a pound since week 5 of my cycle. I am getting stronger (slow but sure) in the gym, however, I feel like the gains I am making is due to increased diet and mental focus. I have upped my calorie intake from 3000 to 4200 kcals ed. I gained over 20lbs in weight during the first 5 weeks from the tbol but I have not since ending it (week 6).
In addition, the only sides I have is that my body hair has grown in faster and I had a few very small pimples on my back for a few days. Then again, I have never used Test before so I dont know what to expect.
If I take away the scale-and-gym-factors and look at my body alone, I can see that it is still changing. The muscle seems to be maturing and becoming more dense. The nice pumped look has been replaced by a more complete look. The sad thing is that I am realizing that I have only began to truly develop pure muscle form and I have a long way to go to have a true unanimous BB form.
