    A mild anabolic of 50mg of Winstrol ED, Anavar at

    This is pretty much directed to Jack87 or anyone that can help:

    I just have a quick question about the "mild anabolic" you said would not only preserve muscle but fight off the T3 catabolic state. You're saying that on the off weeks from clen, that I should take (having chosen Winstrol out of the three: Winstrol, Anavar and Test Prop) 50mg of Winstrol everyday for all 3 off weeks? I'm 5'9 and about 21% BF at 18 yrs old maxing 250 lbs. on bench (meaning i have muscle that I am extremely afraid to lose) looking to hopefully be at 10% BF or lower if possible. I will be following you're cycle with 30mins of H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) everyday other than Sundays (my break day). Anyone's help would be greatly appreciated. Hell, I'll even throw in before and after pics if i get the results i want!

    I have the same problem as you, i will not lose any muscles
    i´m 20 years, 20% bf, 85kg, 182cm. Never been on a cycle before, thinking of starting on a clen and t3 cycle. Which harmful steroid can i use to not los muscles, test pro or primobolan is okay?

    excellent thread : ) But what about albuterol and T3? should I just take albuterol like usual, but what T3? How should I dose it? Just like if I was taking it with clen?

    Absolutely not. Clen and albuterol require complete different dosages. Most people start albuterol around 6mg and ramp up to around 15-18mg.

    haha thanks for the response but I meant the T3 dosage while taking albutero, not the albuterol dosage...

    Yes you will dose the T3 the same

    Hi Jack,

    Got a few questions I hope you can answer for me. I started my first cycle of test e 400, tren e, and clen. Is it necessary to also use T3? I'm starting my clen cycle at 20mcg just to be safe. Also, I have hypothyroidism. My thyroid doesn't work so I take levothyroxine to bring my thyroid levels up. Any recommendations? Any input would be greatly appreciated!

    I am wanting to due Buff's cycle outlined above. I have yet to sit down with my claneder and outline the whole cycle like I usually do. How many of the 30 ml (rui) bottles does it take to complete this cycle?

    It looks like the site sponsor only sells orals? I'm cautious about Google because I'm not 100% sure about what websites to trust and what-not.

    Would a legal anabolic like Beta-Ecdysterone help at all with loss of muscle mass? I am aware that it won't be that effective, but I don't feel comfortable using anything else yet.

    divided doses during the day... Also to give you an idea my daily
    calorie intake was probably about 1,000 to 1,200 lower then normal
    for this entire time...

    BTW when I ran this cycle I was running 900mg week of Test Cyp
    as my only anabolic right at the end of a bulking cycle... My results
    is I went from a chunky, but thick as a bull 240lbs to a fairly hard 212lbs
    or so in only 6 weeks... Again adjust the doses to fit your tolerance...
    At these doses you will be sweating and hot all day long... Plan on
    losing some muscle mass even with the anabolics...

    my personal trainer told suggest me to start a cycle
    and my cycle consist of
    TEST prop
    WINN
    TREN
    clen
    t3
    but i think this is too much for a first cycle
    any advice ?
    and sorry i dont know the dosage yet

    I started on a Clen/T3 cycle today using Jack87s suggested cycle except this is my first time so I just went 50mcg for both clen and t3 to see how my body reacts. 10mcg probably isn't going to make much of a difference but, I am being sort of cautious. Tomorrow I will check my weight and post some stats. I am right around 20% BMI and want to cut down before cycling test.

    After 30 min of taking Clen I could feel the affects. It was a little uncomfortable i.e. felt like my heart beat went up, but after an hour or so it was fine. Has anyone experimented with multi-dosing e.g. instead of 60mcg once a day, taking 30mcg twice a day?

    You'll lose a good amount of weight on this cycle...good choice. Just want you to know t3 is catabolic and has the tendency to burn muscle aswell so if your interested in keeping your muscle or building some more while you cut add 500mg of test 250mg on Mondays and Thursdays. I did this cycle lost 30 pounds of fat and gained 12 muscle. That was years ago though I gained that back due to bad diet lol

    I'm taking clen for the firs time, my family has a history of heart problems but personally I've never had any at all. I'm taking clen and on day 3, I'm trying two weeks on two week off for my first time. I may be over thinking it and allowing the sides to come stronger than they actually are but, I've had headaches, and since I'm not taking any stuns to agitate it I'm actually getting sleepy and groggy on this stuff. I've had cramps. And my blood pressure as of this morning was 143/95 I usually sit at 128/88 so I'm not sure what to think but feeling like these effect and long term aren't worth it and thinking of stopping altogether. Can anyone with experience shed light on this please?

    Im wondering the same things about this thread. Is this still the current "handbook" we'd use?
    Doses seem a little high and is this saying anavar or winstrol alone will be enough to ward off catabolism of t3?

    So incase this question ever comes up?? Buffy does this
    stack really help burn BF% if my diet and training are in check..

    The 240lb Pic was at the peak of my bulking phase, Yes I was
    carrying way to much BF% but that was the plan at the time
    and the 215lb pics are a short time later... And yes I swear the
    timelines are 100% accurate and true... And done right this is
    what a Clen/T3 cycle can do if you bust your ass the right way..
