    scrapa I have no clue whats or in what ammounts thats in gatorade sorry.

    superfat just have a meal of complex carbs 1 hour pre workout and possibly have a small shake before/during the workout to have lots of aminoacids flowing all the time.

    dextrose, sucrose, and high fructose corn syrup are the main ingredientgs dont know if the others are high on the GI
