    you point out the need for estrogen.

    so on a cycle something like 1 mg of arimidex everyday would be insane.

    you alsomention the ratio is more important.

    so lets say you had 1500 ng of test how much estrogen should there be.

    is there a ratio you should keep if you had blood work.

    they say estrogen but where do we draw the line. i am wondering if you have a good ration if you had test and estrogen done in bloodwork, thanks.

    Based on the information in this article, would it be beneficial to run an AI like once a week, instead of not at all or every day, while on cycle, if concerned about too low of estrogen limiting gains?
