I am not sure of the exact amount in the bottle I recieved.. I was just a tester ... It is probably the same amount though..

I used it for like three weeks .. It is some thick stuff .. I would just do one quick pump ( to get the right about out ). A little bit seemed to go a very long way now that I am thinking back on it..

There are no dumb questions.. Whats dumb is to not ask when you dont know something.. So any questions you have just ask ...

Yea nicolean can be used alone .. It is not a steroid or anything ( so you dont need a pct) .. It is fatloss cream ..

In the past I have been able to get my BF very low using HITT cardio.. Yes it is very effective for weight loss..

Let me know if you started it ??
