bro even if you have the best preworkout shake it will not benefit your workout unless you workout 2-3 hours after ingesting it.
I know... I am just asking because there are a couple of days I have to workout in the morning before work and I was wondering what type of meal I should have... If it should be a carb meal, or a preworkout shake or something like that
i dont know what to say bro but if i were in your place i would have a fruit shake probably banana and 2 scoops of whey. i would also add some creatine for strength. anything heavier than that could make you feel lethargic in the gym. hope this helpsOriginally Posted by Phyll
