btw, my shoulders have not hurt for a long time. I'm benching in the 300lb range, and before, my shoulders were always sore. now, it doesn't occur to me that I'm benching the weight and the risk of injury. So the shoulders DID heal, and more or less permanent, (until the next injury).
My tendonitis hasn't bothered me in a long time either. in the past, reverse curls and way too heavy one arm concentration curls were the enemy. Now I'm reverse curling again, and although I'm no where near the dumbell weight I was at before (one arm curls at 80lbs - now taking it easy at 55lbs), there hasn't been any hint of pain either. So I'd slowly like to work my way up to a goal of 100lb one arm curls. But at my age, TB or no, I need to take things real slooooooooow
