im taking 10mg of nolva ED and .25mg ldex and i was wondering if its ok to take them both in the morning right when i wake up so i dont have to worry about it for the rest of the day??

Why on an empty stomach?
I usually have mine right before going to bed so it's with flax seed oil and cottage cheese, anything wrong with that?
