    not really - basically they are set so that you wont ever get any more - but they will be strikes against you with people we are tired of putting up with - 3 strikes and you go bye bye - and everyone can know who has the scarlet letter that way

    no, only mods and admins can strike against you - of course we can always just ban too but this is something less extreeme so we can keep members who aare just being temporarily stupid and give them a chance to shape up - in effect, it is an attempt at mercy while letting people know what is acceptable

    Everybody starts at 10 (since that is how it was origionally) - if you get down to 7 then you are banned - no coming back

    you can comment on posts but your comments wont have any effect on the rep count - none of this "quivering mountains of karma crap" that exist on another board
