    Separating Dextrose in PWO meal?

    Hi all,

I've recently been breaking up my PWO meal like this:

    1) chug whey in water
    2) immediately chug dextrose in water
    3) immediately chug creatine in water

in other words, i have 3 separate glasses instead of mixing it all together. is that ok? i down them all pretty quickly... so i'm hoping it doesn't make a big difference.

No it will not hurt you but just curious why the hell would you do that? Whey in water is ok tasting..... dextrose in water is alright.... but creatine in water? Yuck...and anyways whey/detrose is the best tasting thing you get to have in your diet all day. Why separate them?

    thanks guys!

as far as why i'm separating everything... i'm currently using syntrax nectar whey, and find that mixing it with dextrose makes it extremely difficult to stomach. i don't normally have a problem with getting things down.. just this combo... i have to try hard not to vomit for a full 2 hours after drinking it.

it might just be a flavor thing (fuzzy navel).. but i still have 2lbs of the stuff to go through!!

it could be you're not adding enough water. my PWO shake taste like garbage if I dont have enough water in it.
