    You squirt it in your mouth or mix it with gatorade and drink it.

    25-50mg is the normal dose

    And dont expect miracles straight away because i took 5 squirts and after a few hours decided to take 5 more and i was so fvcking hard for hours it was hurting my gf loved it lol.
