    Most of the time sore and knotted up from injection in reality is because we didnt shoot deep enough... dont know if this is your problem but 9 out of 10 its mine.

    Same here

    Did first injection 3cc QV Entantate in delt on Mon.. and I am in pain barely can flex my arm. Being Wed. it feels a little better but still hurts like a biatch...

    I find a little pain usually, but i used to get a lot of pain till i relised i was injecting to fast, no i take atleast 30-45seconds for each cc.
