T3 and Hypothyroidism - Curable?

I have done some research that shows that some doctors use T3 cytomel to help cure hypothyroidism in patients. Is it possible to use the ARR T3 for the same effect. Thanks

Can you post that research. I have Hypothyroidism and I am on drugs for the rest of my life to keep my TSH levels up
