Starting to get some cramps.. help!!

and now im getting cramps.. when i sneeze in the stomach.. its getting bad.. what can I do?

make sure to read the labels on the potassium, because i know that a lot of them only give you about 3% of the RDI per pill......

banannas, WATER WATER and some more WATER keep that body hidrated and ur lack of water consumption can be a major problem with cramping i get it all the time

i'm getting the same cramps also and i'm taking tren enan. i drink well over 2 gallons a day, eat at least 1 banana a day, take 5g's of taurine each day, and 1980mg of potassium pills each day. i'm getting the cramps in my stomach, forearms, biceps, hamstrings, and calves. don't know what else to try.
