I already do tricep exercises. I dont know what its called but you lay on the bench and let your head barely hang off the bench then press a straight bar up and bring it down to my forehead. Im strong as hell in that but its mostly upper and inner tris. I did some skull crushers today, lets see if I get sore tomorro. thx again.

Not just your triceps... the forearms are like out of purportion with the biceps and triceps. Concentrate on the forearms. Also your foreward delts arent too bad but lateral and rear deltoids look to be behind as well, but it doesnt make sence because your traps are pretty well developed. You cant hit the traps without working out those lateral and rear deltoids, which also does on with the triceps and forearms.

Bro, please try this for 4 weeks:

start with moderate rate tri pulldowns 3 sets 12
then heavy weighted dips 4 sets 10-8
followed by incline close grip presses 3 set 6-8

the press downs don't have to be too heavey they are warmups, but the rest need to be VERY intense! Not too much workload, but every rep counts, trust me this works with the proper diet your tris will get swoll!

I do skull crushers first, then one-arm extensions over the head, then push downs to burn them out at the end. 2 or 3 sets of each, one warm up and 2 working sets. Seems to work well for me. Been doing if for years and they are growing.

You've been working out for 10 weeks and have already done a 6 week winny only cycle... so you started AAS 4 weeks after starting to lift?

thats incorrect... he's been off for 11 days... which means that he started lifting 2 weeks and 3 days before he did the winny...

LOL thats cool bro, you dont have to believe me. I have good genitics period. Im not tryin to brag its just a fact. Some people cant believe other peoples gains because they relate eveything they know to their own bodies and their own experiences. Everybody is different bro, and Im not lyin. Why would I want to lie? Whats in if for me? Nothing.

Guessing body fat by a pic of your front upperbody is rediculous and nobody could be accurate. Its measured in the lower back, thighs, tricep etc.. You could be super thin on the front and have some fatty parts other places and it will throw off the overall Bf% by 2-3 points easily. spend the 20.00 and have someone do it for you and quit guessing.

its not the caliper always its the operator. i had mine done properly and i would say it was dead on. I lost 9% Bf in 6 weeks and it looked like 9% bf. you have to know which way to fold the skin in each area you pinch. you dont just go around pinching any area you choose anyway and divide it up.

PS. I'm starting to wonder if glock 19 just didnt get enough hugs when he was younger. He starts post after post and they just get more and more controversial. These posts are a joke. With 10 years experience your body is very misproportioned. All bis no tris, and lats are hiding like bin laden. I have 9 months experience and not a month more and I can look in the mirror and see what part of my body is lacking.

LMAO You guys are funny. I keep repeating myself, but here goes again, before 10 weeks ago I hadnt touched a weight in prolly around a couple of years but have been lifting on and off for 10 years. Read between the lines...I was at my natural state 10 weeks ago and It wasnt pretty.

I understood it clearly. whether you worked out 10 yrs straight or not you still should have enough knowledge to look in the mirror and notice that your missing a couple key muscles. The tricep is 2/3 of your arm yet your main focus is the good old bicep. Keep flexing buddy.
