contact your cc company he may think it is bad for business but it is worse on your pocket.
i would say however this is the first negative experience i have read of when ordering from AR.

Get the charges off your card and if your not happy w/ the service use someone else. It's that simple....
nvr had a problem myself, try emailing him a copy of the credit card statement showing him the charges coming through and give him the chance to sort it

Hmmm... I never had a prob with Lion that wasn't fixed immediately. He is pretty good about taking care of his customers. You seem to be having a prob with him that nobody else seems to have.
Also, are you sure you read your credit card statement correctly? Looks like he is saying that he refunded once. Are you perhaps seeing that amount and thinking that it is another charge?
i had an order worth $300 lost in the mail and they have re-shipped it free of charge! can't argue with that service!
