How much time do you spend on AR per day

How many hours a day do you spend on this site?

Reason i ask this question is that i'm one here at least 2 hours a day off and on. That's way more time than i should be spending being that i'm at work the whole time but still the threads come in way to fast for me to keep up. I was looking at a thread that was posted 2 days ago and when i went to find it today it was 2 pages back near the bottom.

So basically I'm wonder all you guys that answer question in all the different forums how do you do it? How much time do you spend on this site a day? I'm not trying to make this into a bad thing at all i'm just curious.

Oh and if this has already been asked let me know and I will delete it. Sometimes a search brings up too many results to sort through.

I just about never leave Even if i'm not actually using AR, it is still just open, in a browser on my PC. It never goes away

I check throughout the day, but guessing, it's a good 2-3 hours or so per day.

I stay logged in while I'm at work M-F (with the exception of my lunch hour) and about an hour at night....

I'm usually not around much on the weekends though....

So, I guess I stay on 40 hours a week....

I would say about 2 to 3 hours. Trying to learn as much as possible before i start my first cycle. AR has better information then any muscle magazine. All AR members rule!

Me too, check it at work all day and then once at night. Too much, but I find the board very helpful and I just have to see what 9natural9's next crazy thread title is going to be!

LOLLLLL...Although i don't share the same enthusiam as this little ass neck does.. I'll just say way too much lately.. This really is a cool board to say the least.. Alot of the members are like the bros i run with off the computer, so it's easy to relate with alot of you..
