Hernia Questions

To anyone who has experienced this, how does it feel? Whats it like? Was it hard or soft?

I think I might have one, I have a marble sized hard bump on the groin crease. Its like half an inch below the surface and cant be seen.

hernias are tears in the muscle walls.i have a small umbilical hernia from doing deads.u can get away with minor ones but if they get worse i would see a doctor.
mine didnt hurt.it was just a lump in my belly button.

I had an inguinal hernia. It was in the pubic area. When I was pushing out a turd...I could feel it bulge.

I had it fixed with mesh...via abdominal surgery. Never again. Get it done laparoscopically. I was barely walking before 2 weeks...not lifting for months. Laparoscopically you're walking in days.

Sounds bad. Im hoping its something else and goes away. So it put you out for a while?
