Me either, and I wrote it!

No, there are no orals that lube the joints. Not AAS anyhow, but MSM/GLUCOSAMINE/CHONDROITIN are oral pills that help joints.

Do you think they really work though (glucosomine & condrotin)? Personally I don't, the only thing i've got results from were fish oils.

I have great sucsess with glucosomine.
I have a shoulder that causes me major
pain. glucosomine and deca are the only
