Broken glass inside ampule?

I always have trouble opening ampules cause the top always shatters. If a piece of glass falls into the liquid inside does this mean that you could be drawing tiny fragments of glass into the syringe?

dont worry about it small glass peices shouldnt fit up the need anyhow just try not to touch the glass with it no worries though i have never seen or heard anything bad from it and know lots of people who have had the same problem no worries

also think of it a bit u can barely get the juice up the needle sometimes too haha and if any glass did go it would be so smalla nd minor it would never do anything anyhow

With the amps I always use a filter needle. I dont need any glass.

Use a triangle file and file the middle of neck, amp will break cleanly
