phosphatedelserine is wonderful at this, you can purchase a product called cortistat ph from allsportsnutrition, it is part of my anti-cortisol arsenal, this w/ vitamin c and ephedra would probably be the best over-the-counter way to halt it

Chromium has nothing to do with Cortisol, you best bet is Lean Extreme by Designer Supplements.
