Anything between 20mcg and 200mcg depending on your stats, sex and tolerance to stimulants.

When I used clen, I used a max dosage of 160mcg. I gradually built my way up to that dose. Everyone will tolerate the sides differently.

i did up to 300mg ( i dont advise this) but i have a very high tolerance for stimulants
