I know that alot of people have asked what to take to stay healthy while on superdrol. I am going to take 10 mg the first week, week 2 20mg, week 3 20mg or 30mg.
I have purchased:
Fish Oil 3600mg
Flax Seed Oil 3000mg
Milk Thistle 1000mg
Red Yeast Rice 1200mg
Flush Free Niactin
Hawthorn Berries 565 mg
Saw Palmetto 240mg
I will use a proper pct, but im just wondering about the supplementation of these.
Do you guys recommend taking all of these throughout the cycle or should i leave some of these out. Do I need them all? Which ones should I take during the PCT also. Are there any that I should just use during PCT and not the cycle. I don't think I need all these, but have bought them incase. Which ones should I not take. Should I get Policosanol. I appreciate the help. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
