Please don't inject synthol into your penis. You will probably not like the results. Synthol is tricky enough injected into muscle. You don't want to inject into the erectile tissue... it would probably interfere with blood flow into and out of there.

There is a procedure, sort of like reverse liposuction, where they actually inject your own body fat into your weiner. Post-procedure, I think you have to wear an elastic bandage or something, to keep it from shifting around while you heal. It does add girth, but botched results are common, so I am led to believe. Also, the fat only goes into the shaft, and not the head. You would probably like to have a baby's arm holding an apple, but instead, you get a baby's arm holding... a grape, if you get my drift.
