methylprednisolone and clomid

I have got an inflamed muscle in my back and my doctor gave me methylpredisolone for it. It is time for me to start my clomid. Is this going to cause any problems taking these together?

I used to get that stuff once or twice a year for asthma when I was younger... Ask you doctor to be safe, but I really don't see how a corticosteroid would interact with clomid...

I hav enot taken clomid yet however I do take 5mg of prednisone ed. I have been on much higher doses before. Some common sides of short term predisone use is moodiness, water retension, and depression just to name a few.

from what I read about clomid some people talk of depression type sides. That could be of some concern. i would definately talk to your doc.
