I hear people taking different kinds of protein, but witch one is the best one to take? Or is it better to buy one of those protein blends with several different proteins in it? please list names of supps.

meat ,eggs ,fish those are in 1. place- rest are what the name says supplements,i use optimum or prolab 100% whey and mix it with some soy isolate ,somethime when i dont have time to eat solid meal in the morning i trow flax seed oil to my protein shake
