i do have a problem with needles but i know if it came down to it i will inject myself..that kinda seems how its going to be..but i figured i might as well ask this anyways...is there any places that will inject for you..like nutrionist?or just anyone experienced??

Never heard of any places injecting for ya. I had a friend inject me for almost a year, then one time I needed him, he was gone on vacation, so I had to do it myself. I actually practice on an orange. Your probably laughing, and it is kinda funny looking back at it, but it helped me. Now I dont even think twice about it. I always inject after I get out of the shower. Your skin is clean and supersoft, and the pin will slide right in.

Right... but most people's delts can't take more than 1.5ML at MOST. Stick with quads and glutes. I personally rotate right and left glutes and when it starts to sting and get tough to shoot glutes, I got to quads for a month or so to let my glutes heal back up. You'll get used to it bro, just look at the syringe as liquid power and you'll be looking forward to injections before you know it.

with prop I inject everything to keep it spread out its very simple here is a guide, spot-inje-ctions.com it will show you where and you will be good to go. pre-plan your shots if you can so your not guessing, you don't want to build up scar tissue.

most people would recommend going with a 1.5 in the glute but also alot of people say they have just as good success doing it with a 1" depends on how much body fat you have yo u need to make sure it gets into your muscle though

do it in your quads ...you can for sure use 1" in there or do it in your shoulders.....they are super easy and if your super scared use 25 gauge needles .....i did my first couple of shots

you could go with the 1.5 in the glute your a pretty big guy id stick with the 1.5 for glutes and quads and you could use the 1" for the delts just my opinion i weigh about 210 and thats what i do heres a web site that will give you alot of good info

do it yourself, if you can go through dieting hard/busting your ass going to the gym everyday ect. then a little needle shouldnt hurt. thats what i tell my self, i had to teach my self and everything..it works

The hardest part is getting the gear and further making sure it's legit! After the first time it's no biggy at all. do resarch on the injections, aspiration, etc and you'll be fine!

its not that im afraid of the 1.5 instead of the 1...its just i dont wanna have to get 3 different size needles..cus im using 5/8 for delt and 1 for quads...i didnt wanna have to get 1.5 for glute when i could just use the 1 for glute
