first glute shot, and extremely sore ??

I am new to steroids, i am shooting test e. I shot it in my glute yesterday, and today i can barely sit down. I cant even workout today. It feel like a nail has been driven into my ass cheek. Is this somewhat normal. I went to **************.com and i inserted the needle into the right place????

I just did 3cc's in my left glute....don't feel a thing now. You have to make sure you dont move the needle around when you are injecting....if you do it can bruse the muscle, also you have to make sure you know the exact procedure to inject.

23g needle , no crystals, and i injested it in slow. But i did kinda move it around quite a bit once it was in.

Ive done this with my quad before, and had the same effect... kinda like a sore ripped muscle. usually gets better within 3 days or so....

Just remember this, about 2 inches below the belt line, at LEAST 3 inches 4 fingers and a thumb away from your butt crack... you should be far enough out where you can take your far hand and just barely be able to reach it from around the front, using 2 fingers to somewhat hold and steady the needle while your closer hand does the aspirating and injecting. Try limiting yourself to no more then 2 CC's to start until you get comfortable meaning no next day pain before moving up to 3 CC's in an injection. Same with quad (thigh) and butt injections... more towards the side is better then towards middle of your body. I like gluteus medius instead of maximus for injection, less pain... medius is higher closer to belt line, maximus is closer to your butt hole.

No big deal, sames happened to just about everyone at one time or another. I once couldn't sit/walk/sleep for like 3 days.

thats actually great advice for inj pain. when an inj gets to me i pop about 3 200mg ibprofen and i feel better pretty quickly.
