    MAX ML for Delts - Personal Experiences

    Whats the most ml you put into ya delt, wether its rear, front or side, how much ?

    i only do side delts and put no more than 2cc's in at a time.

    2.3 twice a week... no probs till a week ago when I had a bit of swelling and redness, that I rubbed for a couple days and it went away....
