really don't know all about those numbers, but you said you gained 30lbs in muscle in 6 weeks with equipoise and deca?! If so thats quite the gain for two long acting aas to get the party started. Most don't see much weight gain until week 6. For cutting I wouldn't do deca, but some have. It basically comes down to diet while cutting fat, but try not to use the aas that cause ALOT of water retention. Try researching up on test propionate.
Do prop along with some Eq and you will do good. Lengthin the equipoise to 12 weeks this go around though.
