If you feel a lump it time for letro. You want to stop estrogen production completly.

Get letro if you can & use it at 2.5mg ed but if you cant then up the l-dex & Nolva ofcourse at 60mg ed till the symptoms disappear.

Ok we seriously need to make a gyno sticky. Definitely start to run letro. However, the way I would do it includes pyramiding and cessation of nolva use. Let me know if you want me to write out my regimen.

Letro will lower estrogen and also help with any progesterone issues from the tren, so that would be a good choice.

Yes, all AI's and SERM's help to prevent the onset of gyno, but people still get it, and then it needs to be taken care of ASAP.
