0800- PWO shake (2 scoops GNC protein {cheap}, 3 egg whites, 1 banana, 1 cup oatmeal, and 1 tsp flax seed oil)-------Easily drinken in the car on the way to work.
Can tuna
1000- Canned chicken (60 grams protein)
Potato, yam, sweet potato.....pick one.
1200- Whole or half chicken breast
UNBLEACHED rice, or pasta, or potato.
1tbls BBQ sauce.
GREEN vegetable
1400- Can tuna
Sandwich
ISO-Pure protien shake (50grams per serving) Also Very good on carbs so less fat
1600- Weight gainer shake.
1800- Lean steak, chicken breast, or something of the like. Venison is VERY lean and personally id go with that.
Green vegetable
fruit
2000- ISO-Pure protein shake
Now how does that look?
