24 yrs old - too late to strengthen bones?

i have small bones for my height 6-3 and seems like they break easily because i have good muscle strength and size for the size of my bones (my body was not meant to have muscles, ecto). i had always thought it was too late at 24 to do anything about making my bones bigger and stonger but i was reading mens health (yeah i know, start flaming) and it was saying that your bones dont fully set until your 30's. i just wanted to know what you think about adding some calcium/vitaminD tabs to my diet, which is for the most part always a bulker. not just supps but is there any other foods i should choose instead of others?

and no, i would like to stay away from the HGH route

the best way to streghten your bones is to lift ,each lift causes micro changes in the bone matrix there by strengthing the bone

I am 36 and always have been skinny. I recently did my second cycle and it is crazy! I actually thickened my wrists and ankles by a noticable difference. It is cool but kind of freaky. I gained nearly 2" in my ankles and over 1" in my wrists. Some of the gains in my arm came from the muscles but I swear my bones got larger as well. Not akromeglea (SP) as it did not effect my face. YET!
