I met Frank Shamrock and Tito Ortiz at the E3 show in LA two years ago. In the picture with them, Frank stood on his toes so he wouldn't look so short. Tito is one badass mofo, though. He just looks evil.

No flame but I think your concept of what AAS will do for your body is WAAAYYYY off base!!!!!!

Unless you already have a fantastic physique packed with slabs of dense beef and finger sized striations, it will take YEARS and YEARS of various cycles including HGH, IGF-1, insulin, AAS and other drugs to even BEGIN to look like that!! And that's only if your diet is super strict and you train like a madman!! I think you have to realize that AAS is not a magic solution, they simply augment your training and spped up the body's natural recovery period as well as increase protein synthesis...that's it!

I just said it's gonna help me to APPROACH my dream...didn't say it's gonna be the MAGICAL SOLUTION!! I consider AAS as A PRECIOUS HELP not as a magical solution!!
please don't believe I'm that kind of person who trains ONLY when on AAS !! I take care ALL YEAR LONG to my diet I try to train like a madman every time I train bro (sometimes are better than the other like everyone of us...) ..
