that`s very individual, many prefer nolva, and some use ari cause nolva don`t do shit. Just take nolva, it`s more common, take 20mg a day, or if ari 0,5 should do it. some are more prone than others. if you haven`t run anything before, i would not use anything and just have nolva in my pocket and see how you react. good to know if you are prone or not
Nolvadex just blocks estrogen whereas arimidex actualy inhibits the conversion of estrogen. I'd go with a-dex if I were you.
thanks guys,
Run an AI to prevent estrogen and progesterone related sides effects. A 3rd generation AI, such as, Arimdex will suffice. Nolva will block estrogen at the receptor site, it will not reduce estrogen like Arimidex will. If anything Nolva will worsen any progesterone related side effects as it will increase the volume of progesterone receptors. So running Nolva with a Progestin isnt a wise idea.
IMO run the AI, Arimdex, alone. If estrogen related sides begin to occur, you can run an AI/SERM to cover every base. This however, isnt optimal as Nolva will reduce concentrations of Arimdex in the blood.
i am gonna start testE 5oomg/wk and i was told to run anti-e i.e arimidex or letro wit nolva@20mg to combat bloatness ED, but according to above post one shouldnt run them together? is that so?Originally Posted by Swifto

bump
There's no need to bump this........... correct answers have been given.Originally Posted by taylor26
Nolva blocks estrogen at the Estrogen Receptor by binding to it. This will have no affect on bloating.
Arimidex or any other AI will stop the aromatization from occuring and this will keep bloat down.
One thing I would add is 200mg of vitamin B6 ED to help keep prolatin levels low.
I have read many places that arimadex only partially stop's the conversion, and that femera was much more effective. I also read a couple of place's that using an AI over a blocker isnt the best option because, AI's raise up your cholesterol because of estrogens influence on the ldl.. Any truth to this?
Yes you are correct that Letro is a more powerful AI than Arimidex and Aromasin. And as for using an AI over a blocker, I do it every cycle without problems, its much better for estrogen related sides IMO.
Arimedex .. all the way
nolva for PCT
use them both...arimidex .25 and nolva 10mg ed. This way you have everything covered.
