i'm ready to start my first cycle which consists of
week 1-4 d-bol 30 per day
week 1-10 deca 450 per week
week 1-10 sust 500 per week
i have nolvadex and clomid
how much milk thistle and alpha lipoic acid should i take per day..i wanna pack on some lbs but also be as safe as possible..i'm 38 yrs old..5-6 with a small frame 140 lbs(tired of being a little guy). i've been training for years..eat well and take in about 200 grams of protein per day. what do you guys think of this cycle ..i have the gear already..any help would be greatly appreciated..thanks
