    Protein Supplements

    How much do you guys spend on protein supplements alone in a single month?

    before 10guys jump on me, i've read the poll for which proteins people prefer and why

    Alcohol

    Does alcohol decrease testasterone levela and by how much?

    a recent study concluded that testasterone levels are lowered by 20%, is there any truth to this? email me for the complete study if you like

    basically, is alcohol a major rival for bodybuilding (both juice free and on juice)?

    Steroid questions in the steroid forum, supps, training and diet in the fitness forum. That's why we have mods for each forum. So the vets here don't have to read and answer basic questions. If you had done a search you would have found a thread entitled "How musch do you guys spend in a month on suppliments"

    Primo for contest prep

    is primo depot significantly better than deca for contest prep?

    the chart on the main page says it is, but I didn't think there was much of a difference from past experiences

    Anavar

    a friend of mine used this drug - Anavar

    the strength gains were respectable

    but he did not keep as much of it as is given credit on the main site

    anyone use this drug before?

    This is an example of vague research from MuscleGuru. I have been reading and reading and reading for about 2 weeks since I discover this board and I have learn ALOT without posting 100 threads in 2 days. Start to reasearch old posts and read the profiles section. There are the answers. You can also search oher boards that have great information.

    Not to flame you, but everyone have to put their effort researching and reading. Sooner or later people will not answer your re_uests because you dont do the job for yourself. Not just ask everything that comes to your mind. I have nothing against you. Just my 2 cents.

    SEARCH ENGINE

    learn to use this and read throught the "hot topics". spend 2 weeks reading and searching and then you can come up with some really interesting questions that I might botehr to get the answer for you.

    I'm starting to recognise the symptoms of ADD.

    That means- like PriomD says, just focus on "Serenity Now.....Serentiy Now....." plus lots of ritalin. With a splash of dexadrin.

    how many random questions can you ask a board of gear-heads, before they get pissed?

    I don't know the answer, but what are you at? 93 as I write this...

    Look man... i'm not trying to bust your balls but spend some time reading and searching. make that ALOT of time searching and reading. Then ask what you couldn't find.

    And I spend about $30 a month in Whey protein. And Primo would be way better than deca for pre-contest. and your back-day/chest-day question is just plain confusing... And yes, other people have used anavar before. And I don't know if alcohol decreases test levels.

    And just try to not ask a question for the next 2 days. Please. I just can hear partyboyNYCs blood pressure rising....

    i'm frustrated and pissed. this is getting crazy. anybody should know that those questions should be in differnt forums. you put a w/o quest, steroid quest, and who know what else in one. develop the quests a little more. don't ask a four word question. don't answer a response with another question. we have a no flames policy here, but your pushing it. and if you're a guru, why do you have so many questions?
