I have been chewing them before swallowing them, but today I forgot to chew and just swaloowed my 1/2 a pill. Will it not be absorbed and should I chew another now cause I forgot?

If you cut it in half you should be alright.

shit, I'm on week 6 of a eq/winny cycle, and I've been swallowing the tab whole. Looks like it is working for me.
