    Injured on cycle?

I feel like I pulled a muscle on the outside of my forearm. Makes it hurt like hell doing almost any tricep exercise. Also on the same arm my elbow is hurtin a little bit. What do you guys recommend I do? Take a week off arms and hit everything else or should I say **** it and keep going?

Believe it or not I know a few guys who are huge who do not do arms at all, they say they there arms get enough excercise from the other core movemnts they do. I see no reason why you shouldnt just stop arms all together for at least a week and maybe even two, just make sure you hit everything else hard.

I am half way through...5 out of 10 weeks. Even if I did rest it a bit I would be better off staying on to preserve muscle and possibly help repair the tissue.

Train around it until it repairs its self, if problems persist go to the doctors.
