I would IMO take one dose in the AM then another at night and then go from there.......... JMO

I would do the same, and again its just my opinion. But the same thing happened to me this past cycle, taking my AI at night, fell asleep one night and forgot, so I took it as soon as I woke up the next day and then again before bed as usual.
