Yep, can't determine much without that, except Test should outlast Deca, 750 seems high for #2, and that Nolva should 'probably' be dropped from cycle.

Personally I would drop the deca to 500mg. That should be a damn good dose plus lessens the chance of sexual sides. Dbol is at a good start. Sounds like your training and diet are on if bf is about the same.

Or you could shorten the Deca to week 10, either way the Test should outlast it.

Looks a bit rich for a second cycle, but if you do like everyone says and run the test a bit longer, and assuming you are prepared to control gyno, both estrogenic and progestrogenic types, you should grow like nobody's business if your calories are high enough.

My personal recommendation would be to run exactly 2/3 of the doses you are considering. In particular, the 600mg of deca, with no previous experience with it, could be a bit risky. Progesterone type gyno is difficult to fight. The test isn't such a problem, but you might want to keep the deca down a bit this cycle, say 400mg/week, and try 600 next cycle.

Remember, deca doesn't do squat unless you are REALLY eating. Keep stuffing yourself with protein rich foods. You need a significant caloric surplus to get the biggest bang for your buck out of deca.
