When to use NPP and winny

Im running 750 mg test e and 500mg EQ pw front loading with 40mg TBOL per day for first 4 weeks(running total of 14-16 weel cycle). My UGL threw in some NPP and I have a bunch winny tabs. Where should I throw in the extra chemicals?

maybe throw in the npp after tbol is done

id do winny in the last weeks of the cycle up to pct start time & save the npp 2 the next cycle

what is npp usually good for, I never even heard of it, on researching it its a faster esther nandrolone, but I never heard of anyone using it or what its good for ie. bulking cutting etc.
